Squad squa sqa

The squads are gonna be dummy broken right now with people probably only joining like 1 or 3 squads only squad 4 seems dummy op with there heal already squad 12 looks like its gnna get the majority of the shinigamis that read the squad benefits squad 13 should have a cap limit based on rank squad one and squad six look weak e.e.

Squad 1 should get a boost like +10 cap on each passive 
Squad 6 should get +1 percent rei per squad 6 member on the rest of the squads look noice tho
